The European Union’s Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive has to be implemented into national law by 22 July – so there’s only six months for private equity funds to make sure they are ready for the deadline.
The EVCA is hosting a webinar for our members on 21 February to outline practical steps to prepare for the AIFMD.
